We have many spectacle lens options to suit your visual needs – learn more about what we can offer available below:
Bifocals
Powerful bifocals allow the wearer to see multiple distances clearly. They contain 2 lens powers so that you can see objects both close and far away without having to switch between prescriptions. The lower part of the lens contains the near-vision lens segment while the upper part of the lens is for distance vision. This is perfect for people over the age of 40 who have presbyopia.
Trifocals
Similar to bifocals, trifocals allow wearers to enjoy clear vision at multiple distances. However, unlike bifocals, they have 3 lens powers within them. This means they can provide clear vision at intermediate distances at about an arm’s length, in addition to near and far distances. For example, trifocal lenses are great for when you are working on a computer or viewing your car dashboard.
Trifocals are organized into 3 sections. The lower part of the lens supports near vision, the middle is used for viewing intermediate distances, and the top is best for looking at far-away objects.
Progressives
Progressive lenses also support multiple distances. As they don’t have hard-defining lines between lens powers, they allow your eyes to gradually adjust with your gaze. This means that they allow for a smooth and seamless transition in your vision when you switch your gaze from up close to far away, making them comfortable and easy to wear.
Polarized sunglasses lenses
Sunglasses are more than just a fashionable accessory. With polarized sunglasses, with or without a prescription, you can protect your eyes from the sun’s harmful UV rays while enjoying reduced glare from light reflections, increased clarity, and contrast, as well as more comfort.
Computer lenses
Computer lenses from reputable lens suppliers like Zeiss ensure comfortable vision while you work on digital screens, without tiring out your eyes and subjecting them to digital eye strain.
They’ve been specially optimized for viewing distances between you and your computer screen, a customer, a co-worker, and more. This means you can reduce eye strain symptoms like blurry vision, headaches and even relax your posture to reduce neck or shoulder strain.
Workspace lenses
The modern, digital workspace can be a busy environment, meaning our eyes are working harder than ever before moving from screens to meetings. All of this can lead to digital eye strain and vision problems.
Thankfully, Workspace ™ lenses from renowned lens supplier Shamir are designed to support vision within the workspace. Offering a greater depth of field of up to ten feet, they provide optimal vision for mid-distance and near viewing office environments.
Eyezen lenses
Essilor’s Eyezen lenses are optimized for young professionals under 40 and children who frequently use digital devices. Their unique design helps reduce the effects of digital eye strain, improve your posture, and provide sharper vision and focus than regular glasses, whether you’re gaming, using your smartphone, or working on a laptop or tablet.
